We supply this product in two versions: the male Luer variant (product code 512200, blue color coding) is intended for drawing blood directly into a vacuum tube from an IV line. The female variant (product code 512201, purple color coding) is intended for transfer of blood from a vacuum tube from a syringe.
Both variants are individually sterile packaged and ready for immediate use. This offers convenience and saves time compared to working with separate tube holders and adapters.
