Product description

This serum tube contains a plastic granulate that is equipped with a coagulation activator. This ensures complete coagulation of the blood and separation of the serum and solid blood components during subsequent centrifugation.

Instructions

-Mixing Indication: Gently invert the tube 6-8 times immediately after blood collection
-Minimum time for centrifugation: 30 minutes after blood collection
-Maximum time for centrifugation: 2 hours after blood collection
-Spin speed: 1300-2000g for 10 minutes, with a temperature of 20-25 degrees Celsius
-Sample preservation: after centrifugation, see the following table for the applicable maximum preservation time per storage temperature:

Up to 24°C      Between 2 - 4°C

< 8 hours        8 hours to <7 days
