Buffered sodium citrate tubes

Product description

The tubes contain buffered sodium citrate in concentrations of 3.2% (0.109 mol/l) or 3.8% (0.129 mol/l) and are used for coagulation studies.

Instructions

-Mixing Indication: Gently invert the tube 4-5 times immediately after blood collection
-Minimum time for spin: N/A
-Maximum time for centrifugation: 2-4 hours after blood collection
-Spin speed: 200-2500g for 15-20 minutes, with a temperature of 20-25 degrees Celsius
-Sample conservation: test dependent, see CLSI (ex NCCLS) H21-A5
