Husk Medical offers a range of products for the collection, transfer and storage of urine samples for clinical analysis. The portfolio includes urine containers with an integrated transfer device, separate transfer devices with a collection straw and containers for 24-hour urine collection.

The urine containers with integrated transfer device are available in volumes of 60 and 120 ml. The transfer device allows the urine sample to be transferred directly from the closed container into one or more suitable evacuated tubes. Depending on the configuration, the containers are available sterile or non-sterile and individually or bulk packed.

Separate transfer devices with a collection straw are available for transferring urine from a separate urine container. These devices consist of a tube holder with a transfer cannula and a plastic collection straw. They are available in total lengths of 14 or 22 cm and in sterile or non-sterile configurations.

For the collection and storage of urine over a 24-hour period, Husk Medical offers containers with a capacity of 2,500 or 3,000 ml. These containers feature two separate openings and support a practical workflow during extended urine collection.

The different product configurations support the hygienic and efficient handling of urine samples, from initial collection through to further analysis in the laboratory. The products are intended for single use by qualified medical or laboratory personnel.
