Product description

The AHN® myTip® Reload System is a user-friendly and efficient solution for refilling empty pipette tip racks. Instead of disposing of an entire rack box after use, only the empty insert plate is replaced with a new plate containing 96 pipette tips. This allows the existing AHN® myTip® RB rack box to be reused multiple times.

Easy refilling

Each reload tower contains several stacked insert plates filled with pipette tips. The tower is opened by sliding the packaging upwards, after which the top insert plate can be removed and placed into an empty rack box. The insert plate clicks securely into position while remaining easy to remove after use.

Tabs located along the longer sides of the insert plate support comfortable and controlled handling. No additional tools are required to refill the rack box.

Stable and organised tip positioning

The pipette tips remain stable and securely positioned in the insert plate. This allows them to be picked up easily using both single-channel and multichannel pipettes. Colour-coded insert plates make it easy to identify the required tip volume and corresponding pipette.

Reduced plastic waste

Reusing the existing rack box and replacing only the insert plate reduces plastic waste by approximately 70% per pack. This makes the Reload System a practical alternative for laboratories seeking to reduce single-use plastic without compromising ease of use.

Space-saving design

The compact reload towers require less space on the laboratory bench and in storage. In addition, up to 65% of space can be saved per transport shipment compared with standard rack boxes. This contributes to more efficient storage and transportation with a lower environmental impact.

Various volumes and versions

The Reload System is available with standard pipette tips and Low Retention Tips in various volumes ranging from 10 to 1,250 µL. The available pack size depends on the tip volume and is stated in the product table.

Thanks to their optimised cone geometry, the pipette tips are compatible with most commonly used pipette brands.
