Product description

This versatile glove is a patented new product development in the field of hand protection. Partly due to the enormous demand for medical gloves, and the long-term problems with the availability of nitrile gloves, our contract manufacturer started developing this alternative in the first half of 2020. This process came to a successful conclusion in September 2020 after the successful CE certification of the VITRILE examination glove, after extensive product testing. 

Because a mixture of vinyl (PVC) and nitrile is used, a unique new product is created with its own texture and wearing comfort, while at the same time complying with all applicable European standards. Compared to nitrile gloves, the VITRILE glove offers a higher chemical resistance than most nitrile examination gloves. In addition, the VITRILE glove is easier to put on and take off, even with wet hands. Other advantages are the proven resistance to bacteria, fungi and viruses (EN 374-5) and the advantageous pricing and shorter delivery times.

Applications

These gloves are primarily intended and suitable for medical (non-surgical) use by persons with latex allergy. Due to the excellent test performance, optimal wearing comfort and skin-friendliness of vitrile gloves, they are often also used by persons without latex allergy. Besides medical applicability, these vitrile examination gloves are also suitable for a multitude of other applications, such as with dentists, in testing facilities, during cleaning work, at production and packaging lines, hairdressers, and beauticians.
