SPRING-CUT® represents the latest generation of semi-automatic guillotine-type biopsy needles. Its exclusive design features make the product unique.

Main product features:

• SPRING-CUT® can be easily operated with one hand making it ideal for procedures requiring ultrasound guidance.
• Stylet advance button remains locked during penetration: simpler manoeuvre, increased safety during the biopsy procedure, enhanced sensibility upon penetration.
• Pre-determinated bioptic depth (5-10-20mm): adapting to the lesion size.
• Canula and stylet completely removable: control of specimen size and possibility of multiple biopsies (prostate mapping).
• SPRING-CUT® is also available as specific set for CT scanning (SPRING-CUT® SET-TAC) and with detachable cannula (SPRING-CUT® DC).
• Colour coded for easier needle size (gauge) determination.

SPRING-CUT® is also available in the following versions:

1. SPRING-CUT®​​​​​​​ PLUS+: Needle made of ECHONOX for full visibility of the needle during echography
2. SPRING-CUT® DC: with removable cannula for multiple single-access procedures.
3. SPRING-CUT® SET TAC: specific set with less invasive introducer needle for coaxial procedure under ct-scanning.
