Product description

The SYNERGY PRO CT PICC™ offers the ease and effectiveness of PICC access with power injectability, creating a SYNERGY of intravenous therapy options for healthcare practitioners.

General features

• Simple Grip Luers: are easy on gloves and maintain strength and crack resistance.
• Polyurethane catheter construction: this provides radiopacity, durability and strength.
• Easy legible identification: on clamps and extensions, indicating power injectability and maximum pressure

Main product features:

• Maximum injection rate: this product allows injection of contrast medium at rates up to 5 ml/sec for CECT scans.
• CVP monitoring: SYNERGY CT PICC™ (power PICCs) are indicated for central venous pressure monitoring.
• Polyurethane construction: reverse taper technology helps reduce post-insertion bleeding while maintaining radiopacity and patient comfort.
• Standardized trays and components: the trays of these PICC lines are organized with well-known industry components for clinician safety and user-friendly procedural steps; including separation shafts, echogenic safety needles and high-quality guide wires.
• Low-profile hub: this provides greater patient comfort and easy attachment.
• Multiple kit configurations: these PICC lines are available in different configurations: NURSES, ADVANCED and IR ADVANCED. 

Standard kit components:

1 x SYNERGY PRO CT PICC™ catheter (PUR, white), 1 x MicroClave™ Clear needle free valve (2 x with DL, 3 x with TL), 1 x pre-loaded twisted wire stylet with flushable T-Port, 1 x safety seldinger echo tip needle, 1 x Galt PTFE tearaway introducer (see product table for length), 1 x Nitinol straight mandrel guidewire (see product table for length), 1 x 10cc disposable Luer Lock syringe, 1 x #11 safety scalpel, 1 x 24” paper tape measure, 1 x PICC stylet TAG, 1 x PICC patient info guide, 1 x PICC chart sticker, 1 x IFU, 1 x securement device (NURSES: Grip-Lok, ADVANCED & IR ADVANCED: Centurion WinGuard®).
