SHIELDskin XTREME™ Sterile White Nitrile 600 DI+ Glove is a high quality, versatile nitrile glove with excellent chemical resistance and an extended cuff. As a result, this product can be used as a sterile cleanroom glove, but also specifically for use in laboratories. In addition to the standard mandatory European standards, this product also complies with the EN 374-5 VIRUS standard, which allows safe use in conditions with fungi, bacteria and viruses.
The 'DI+' designation of these gloves indicates the very low particle emission of these gloves, namely < 1200 per cm²≥ 0.5 µm in accordance with IEST-RP-CC005.4. This is achieved by washing the gloves three times in deionized water after production. Due to this very low particle emission, the gloves are suitable for very high-quality (cleanroom) applications.
Finally, these gloves have been extensively tested for chemical resistance. As a result, a detailed chemical performance table is available on request, stating the breakthrough times per substance. Cytotoxic resistance is also part of the product testing, making these gloves suitable for use with cytostatics in accordance with ASTM D6978-05.
We supply this glove in nine sizes, in all cases the gloves are sterile packed per pair.
